We always try to obtain a code of good practices for the production and commercial processes of honey, trying to obtain a quality in the product, for this we trace the product from the moment we take it out of the hives, until it is packaged and sold , to always guarantee this quality of honey. When we are in wild areas of mountains, we are characterized by obtaining a thousand flowers of very dark tones, these provide more minerals. On the contrary, as they are in thyme and rosemary honeys, we find honeys with very light tones. We obtain raw honeys with very high pollen levels, which determine the authenticity and purity of our honeys. In honeys with light shades, solidification and crystallization of it are symbols of purity, while in our multifloral honeys, since they have a high mineral content, they have a long period of time to crystallize and solidify.
